Dubai Basketball has announced Red Bull as the team’s official energy drink partner for the 2026/27 season, with the partnership set to support the club’s growth while creating new experiences for fans and the wider basketball community in Dubai.
The collaboration was unveiled with Dubai Basketball players Dzanan Musa and Justin Anderson completing what the club described as the world’s highest-altitude basketball dunk, 303 metres above the city. The stunt took place on the helipad of Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai, at Al Wasl Tower, with Musa delivering an alley-oop pass for Anderson to finish against the city skyline.

The reveal was accompanied by aerial footage filmed from sunset into night, culminating in a display of 600 illuminated drones forming the Red Bull and Dubai Basketball logos above the city.
The partnership will also extend beyond the court through a programme of fan and community activations. Red Bull will support Dubai Basketball’s efforts to create dedicated spaces for the local community to play and engage with the sport, while the two brands will collaborate on digital initiatives, interactive voting and content throughout the season.
“Red Bull and Dubai Basketball share a belief in pushing boundaries and creating experiences that people remember,” said Dubai Basketball president Dejan Kamenjašević.

“This partnership gives us the opportunity to bring that energy directly to our fans and the wider community, creating new ways for people to experience basketball and be part of what we are building in Dubai,” he added.
