The event is designed to give attendees direct access to recruiters, industry professionals, and decision-makers. A dedicated networking space, Meet and Match, will connect students with professionals, businesses, speakers, and educators, whilst leading Dubai universities offering gaming programmes will also be present to discuss academic pathways and answer questions about the industry.
Participants can attend workshops covering the use of AI in game development, career opportunities in esports, and a live session on building playable experiences. A CV clinic and internship opportunities will also be available, giving attendees practical insight into the technical, creative, and soft skills required to succeed in the industry.

A series of panel discussions will feature representatives from DMCC, Pixel Perfect MENA, Bandai Namco, Tencent’s Level Infinite, and TikTok LIVE. Key sessions include ‘Breaking Into the Gaming Industry in Dubai: From Game Design to Publishing’ and ‘Universities & Esports – Understanding the Industry and Launching Campus Programmes.’
Muna Al Falasi, Director of Esports and Games Strategy at DFRE, said the summit is part of a broader commitment to developing future talent. “The summit provides a high-impact platform for students to engage directly with industry leaders,” she said.
The summit also supports Dubai’s ambition to become a global hub for gaming innovation and investment, in line with the Dubai Economic Agenda D33.
