Get ready for big personalities, bigger diamonds, and zero subtlety as Netflix turns up the sparkle with Desi Bling, a new reality series diving headfirst into the ultra-glam lives of wealthy Indians living it up in Dubai.
Set in one of the world’s flashiest cities, Desi Bling follows a tight-knit social circle of business tycoons, socialites, and familiar TV faces as they juggle friendships, feuds, family, and, of course, fabulous lifestyles.
The cast includes billionaire businessman Rizwan Sajan of the Danube Group, UAE-based entrepreneur Satish Sanpal, and Indian television stars Karan Kundrra and Tejasswi Prakash, who enter the elite social scene as outsiders. Also joining the mix are social media–famous twins Alizey Mirza and Lailli Mirza, adding even more shine (and stir) to the group.
Often described as the cousin of Dubai Bling, the show doesn’t shy away from excess. Private jets, luxury cars, designer outfits, and over-the-top parties are all part of the daily routine, and so is the drama.
The teaser, released yesterday on February 5, leans hard into playful bravado, cheeky one-liners, and moments where money truly talks. Really, am I the only one still stuck on the trailer’s unforgettable line: “He buys me three kilos of gold”?

Unveiled at Netflix India’s “Next on Netflix India 2026” showcase, the series doesn’t yet have an official release date but is slated to premiere sometime in 2026; hopefully sooner rather than later.
All signs point to Desi Bling being a glossy, guilty-pleasure watch: less about real-life struggles and more about escapism, sparkle, and the undeniable fun of watching fabulous people be just a little bit messy.
